TERMS OF DELIVERY

1. Orders will be delivered on base of prepayment. The garments will be reserved after receiving the payment.
2. If by any chance a garment is sold out, we will return your payment on the posting date.
3. Payment is possible through manual transfer, Ideal and Creditcard (Paypal).
4. Orders above 100 Euro will be free of forwarding-charges.
5. May you regret your order, we will cancel your order.
6. After we have received your payments we will handover the parcel to the postal delivery and we strive for a 2 weeks delivery (saturday and Sunday are non working days Minichichi is not obliged to that.
   
   The utmost delivery date is 30 days after receiving payments, except if the client had specifically asked for a later arrival. May we not be able to deliver the order within 30 days, we will notify the customer on time and will cancel the order without payment.
7. We are not responsible for loss or theft during the sending, of course we will do everything we can to trace the parcels.
8. If the order does not live up to your expectations it can be returned in the state which the parcel was excepted including the labels and hangtags.
   
           Returned goods have to be notified with an email (info@minichichi.com)within 4 days after arrival.
   
           Returned goods have to reach us back within 14 days.

10. The costs for the return goods are for your own account. Unstamped return goods will not be accepted.
11. The purchase money will be returned as soon as possible, at the latest 30 days after receiving the parcel back. Except goods on Sale will get a gift voucher worth the purchase amount. The gift voucher will be valid during a year after purchase.
    
            Goods that are purchased with discount of 75 % can not be returned nor be taken back.
12. Returned goods are taken care of once a week, if you have not heard anything after 10 days after sending your goods please contact us through email.
13. All illustrations are only an estimate and can not cause a restitution or a rotting of the agreement.
14. All deviations in color, type, text and price changing are set aside.
